At E. van Wijk Logistics B.V., digitization is an important strategic pillar. We have replaced and thus modernized all on-board computers, creating new opportunities to use the data from those on-board computers in an intelligent way. We are also focusing on replacing our Transport Management System (TMS) to further improve our services.

DAF Driver Performance Program

With our Driver Performance Program, our drivers receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated driver coach. Through gamification, our drivers are motivated to drive as efficiently and economically as possible. Practices such as slow acceleration, coasting, and using cruise control all contribute to reducing fuel consumption and reducing our carbon footprint.
